Your new company:

You will join a multinational Medical Device company based in their modern Pymble head office. This is an exclusive opportunity to lead a team of two, including a receptionist and coordinator. You will be directly reporting to a member of Senior Management who is highly regarded amongst the team. This is a great opportunity for an energetic individual seeking a stable career and longevity.

Your new role:

You will be responsible for the operational functions for the entire office including HR, Facilities, Sales Support and Finance.

Some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Coaching, developing and overseeing a team of two
  • Coordinate Facilities eg. repairs, office moves etc
  • Facilitate non-confidential HR administration eg. on-boarding, corporate credit cards etc
  • Organise domestic and international travel for staff and customers
  • End to end coordination of internal and external events/training programs
  • Reception cover and general office management

Your profile will demonstrate:

  • Proven capability to lead and manage a team
  • Previous office management experience
  • Exposure to Facilities and HR functions
  • Confidence using Microsoft suite (Microsoft and excel)
