Your New Role
As the Office Manager / Facilities Manager, you'll manage the North Sydney and Newcastle offices and lead a team of two administrators. This full-time role runs from 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, and is perfect for someone with experience in Office Management, Facilities Management, and Purchasing.
Your New Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth work flow.
- Coordinate maintenance, security, and compliance for office facilities.
- Handle procurement of goods and services, and manage budget and expenses.
- Maintain accurate records and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Facilitate effective communication between staff and external vendors.
- Implement and enforce office policies and procedures.

About You
- Experience as an Office Manager or Facilities Manager is essential.
- Proven track record in managing a team and people management.
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
