Your Company

An iconic boutique bakery is seeking a permanent part time Office Manager to join their team. Based in the inner city suburbs of Sydney you will lead a fairly autonomous role allowing you to oversee and manage the office effectively. Your responsibilities as an Office Manager will comprise of administrative tasks, stakeholder management and customer service and your people management skills, organizational skills and superior communication skills will guide you to success in this role. This is a permanent part time position that allows you to maintain a work-life balance but also lead a busy and fulfilling role in a fast growing and reputable company.

Please note availability on Mondays is imperative. Your working week will be 4 days.

Your responsibilities

  • Ensuring that the office is consistently organized
  • Diary and travel arrangements for management
  • Overseeing and reviewing customer orders
  • Professionally and effectively handle any customer complaints
  • Effectively support the Operations Manager in growing the business and assisting in their international expansion

About You

  • Minimum 5 years experience as an Office Manager
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Hospitality industry experience is highly desirable
  • Excellent conflict resolution skills
  • Superior communication skills
  • You must have a valid Australian driver’s licence and car. There is some travel required in this role.
