job description

A diverse role for an experienced office administrator to support the office of a creative architecture and interior design company in Melbourne CBD.
Duties:
  • Answering and managing incoming calls.
  • Assist with IT support.
  • Assist with arranging meeting rooms.
  • Office maitenance and house keeping.
  • Assist with the roll out of new software and training staff members.
  • Providing a high level of customer service.
  • Reception duties for 2 days a week.
  • Managing the inventory of office supplies.
About you:
  • Can do attitude and happy to assist the team where required.
  • Tech savvy and can pick up new skills quickly.
  • Great customer service skills.
  • Indesign software knowledge preferred.
  • Creative and well presented.
  • Professionally mannered.
  • Experience as a PA, Receptionist and Office manager/assistant
