Our client is a leading advice and wealth management service in Melbourne seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their team and manage their Melbourne office. This candidate must demonstrate experience in financial services, be a go getter, self motivated and willing to go the extra mile to achieve results.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to)

  • Working to support the director and team coordinating a range of HR and compliance related queries
  • Preparing employment contracts and requests for recruitment
  • Monthly inspections and reporting for all Work health and safety requirements
  • Facilities administration
  • Coordinate daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • General office maintenance
  • Approval and ongoing review of staff and trades
  • General office admin including processing of expenses, travel coordination and ordering of office stationary

The suitable candidate must have:

  • Experience and knowledge within Financial services
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to work
  • Can work in a team environment and autonomously
  • Strong personal management skills
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office Application
  • Experience in preparing business reports
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to efficiently liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
