This is a great opportunity to join an established professional services firm as an Office Manager. Based in south Sydney, you will be both autonomously and within a team to ensure that the office runs smoothly.You will need to be able to prioritise and meet deadlines as well as take initiative. This role is ideal for those who are self-motivated, proactive, willing to go the extra mile and have a great sense of humour.


- Managing the day to day running of the office
- Progressing claims on a monthly basis using exce;

- Organising team meetings and events
- Keeping the website accurately updated
- Assisting with any other general administration as requested

- Working effectively with the compliance manager

- Handling monthly travel arrangements for managers and directors

This role is looking to commence in June 2019.

Your Skills and Experience:

- Must have legal and/or accounting industry experience
- Previous experience in a Office Management/PA/EA role
- Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) is ideal
