Due to a change in the organisation, our client is seeking a new Office Manager!

In the role you will be responsible for:

  • Booking travel
  • Managing events
  • Administration duties
  • Managing generic inbox
  • Managing staff in Canberra and other states
  • Liaising with clients in person and over the phone

The successful candidate must have

  • Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
  • Previous Executive assistant or Executive officer experience essential
  • High level of written communication and attention to detail
  • Strong organisation skills and ability to look at the big picture
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with competing priorities
  • Must be a self starter with a high level of initiative
  • 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Communication skills, both verbally and written
  • A professional approach

The Culture

The suitable candidate will be confident and engaging with a high level of drive. You will be required to work within a small team in Canberra and offices around NSW.
