Randstad is proud to partner with a leading utility company to deliver expert HR solutions across multiple categories including clerical and administration, finance, accounting, professionals, ICT and industrial.

Located in Angle Park, this role aims to support a large team and the Manager in one of Adelaide’s engineering and civil companies.

Will require experience in the following;

Key objectives:

  • Process claims and submit drafts to clients
  • Data entry in Microsoft office EXCEL.
  • Maintain accurate recordings of all progress.
  • Manage and support a large administration team
  • Oversee administration duties.
  • Customer Service.
  • Oversee Payroll, Accounts and Finance teams.
  • Support and back up other departments and states when required

To be successful you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in data entry.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven people management experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Excel.
  • Experience in a similar role is a MUST
  • Experience in civil or engineering is desirable.
  • Local industry experience required
