Our client, who is a world leader in the production of automotive additives, is seeking an experienced administrator to take on the role of Office Manager/Sales Coordinator in their North Sydney office. Ideally, they are looking for somebody who possesses some experience in Logistics Coordination, as the role will be reporting to and supporting the current Logistics Coordinator.

The team in North Sydney is tight knit and boasts a family orientated feel. They are looking for a friendly addition to the team who possesses the ability to work autonomously and shows great initiative. The ideal candidate will effectively contribute to the ever growing success and team culture they have built over time.

The Role:

  • Taking on role of office manager- coordinating office supplies, running office errands, maintaining upkeep of office etc
  • Providing first point of contact for the company
  • Coordinating incoming & outgoing mail
  • Arranging meetings & taking minutes
  • Sales Coordination- maintaining close relationships with vendors, generating reports for invoicing, tracking incoming supply orders and negotiating new contracts and agreements
  • Providing support to logistics team- processing orders on SAP and communicating order status updates with customers
  • Assisting finance team with invoicing and generating reports
  • Maintain accurate pricelist and quotation records, ensuring quotation approval has been obtained before entering into the system
  • Coordinating events for team
