Office Administrator

  • Permanent Fulltime Opportunity paying 60k-70k| Immediate Start
  • Located in Bellavista| Parking on site
  • Autonomous customer service & administration role supporting the sales team

Our client, a very well recognised construction company are looking to recruit their next valuable team member! They are based in the Bella vista region, giving you an opportunity to work close to home. With recent growth within the business, they require an Office Administration/All rounder to support their busy team. This is a permanent opportunity working full time hours, Monday to Friday.

Some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Processing weekly sales, collections, adjustments, inventory etc., in accordance with Company Store programme.
  • Comply with health and safety responsibilities, safe work practices and procedures, and undertake Department audits and training as required.
  • Administrative duties – providing seamless administration support to the team and Project Manager
  • Managing office budgets
  • implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative system
  • Develop, implement and monitor office systems, procedures and methods, adapting processes as required to facilitate efficient team/business operations
  • Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned

Your profile will demonstrate:

  • Good time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and deal with several tasks at once.
  • Experience as an office administrator/coordinator/manager
  • Effective numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Previous clerical experience
  • Willing to work flexible hours to suit business requirements
  • Capacity to multi-task and work autonomously
