The Company

This well established wholesale business specialises in the supply of high quality commercial and industrial grade consumable packaging to a wide rage of industry sectors across Australia.

As an essential service during the pandemic, this business saw exponential growth and has continued to expand their current client base as well as develop business into new markets. As a result of this growth, they are looking to add an Office Administrator/Sales Support function to their team as they continue to expand their business nationally.

The Opportunity

The Office Administrator/Sales Support will be responsible for supporting the sales function, customer service and warehousing team with administration tasks to ensure there is a smooth transition from the start of the sales cycle to dispatch and more importantly, that customers continue to experience the high quality service that they have come to know.

You will be responsible for:

  • Customer service (over the telephone)
  • Invoicing and accounts administration
  • Sales and Warehouse support
  • Updating orders (pallets, confirming customer details etc)
  • Liaising and coordinating pickups and deliveries with 3PL companies
  • General ad hoc administration duties

To be successful in this role, it is essential that you have:

  • Focus on Customer service (Critical)
  • Strong invoicing and accounts experience (Essential)
  • Highly organised (Essential)
  • Packaging industry experience - either in manufacturing or wholesale/distribution (Preferred)
  • MYOB experience would be advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A willingness to go above and beyond your own duties
  • Strong work ethic
  • Reliable and self motivated
  • High standard of work

Benefits:

  • Onsite Parking
  • Day shift hours, Monday – Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm. No weekend work.
