About the role:

A rare opportunity has arisen for a professional office all-rounder to join a dynamic Australian business which dominates their Australian market. Our client are now seeking a talented receptionist / office coordinator to work in their corporate head office in Silverwater.

The successful candidate will be a driven individual with a flair for remaining a step ahead on all matters.

The following duties will be involved:

  • Meet and greet customers and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain the front office and meeting rooms.
  • Diary management, scheduling meetings, preparing and distributing meeting minutes, and attending external meetings when required.
  • Administrative duties which include data entry, filing, word processing, reception and expenses.
  • Assist with customer care enquiries and providing support to the customer service team.
  • Preparing and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos & emails.

What you will require:

  • Proven and experience in a similar role for 2+ years.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service in a highly corporate and professional environment.
  • A positive can-do attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities- strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent presentation.
