job description

Randstad is looking for an experienced Administrator for a 4 month temporary assignment within the Head Office of a well-know Medical equipment supplier. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced administrator to get their foot in the door of the medical field. a busy and diverse role for an experienced Administrator, with potential to move into something more permanent



The role will see you be the go-to person for the office, with duties such as:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Respond to email enquiries
  • Greet visitors and contractors; issue visitor passes
  • Coordinate deliveries; cross checking via SAP & forwarding these onto the correct destinations
  • Book meeting rooms and organise coffee & catering
  • General administrative support for various technical teams across the floor
  • Prepare for training sessions and assist as required



What we are looking for:

  • Administration experience and previous industry experience or desire to learn about the Medical field
  • Adaptability to move from one task to the next at short notice
  • Excellent time management
  • Competency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to pick up new programs
  • Experience with SAP will be highly regarded
  • Strong communication & writing skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work alone as well as part of a team
