    Our client is looking for a highly skilled administrator to fill a critical role in their business.

    The successful applicant will be reporting to the director and be able to work autonomously.


    Duties and Responsibilities include:


    • Answering phone calls
    • Work with customers, key stakeholders and other staff to gather accurate information for assigned tasks
    • Oversee all administrative tasks
    • Assist in accounts including entering supplier invoices and checking supplier pricing
    • Scheduling tradesmen by liaising with the director to understand projected workflows
    • Maintain spreadsheets and paperwork including paperwork and electronic filing
    • Process service reports and ensure all work orders are completed within assigned time frames
    • General administration duties including - emails, data entry etc.
    • Keep on top of schedule, deadlines and status reporting

    To be successful in the role you will need:


    • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
    • Open to learn new processes as well as bring new ideas to the table
    • Stable employment history in administration
    • HIgh attention to detail, accuracy and analytical skills
    • Experience in MYOB and Microsoft 365 is essential, service M8 would be an advantage
    • Manage high workload while managing expectations of stakeholders
    • Ability to identify issues and implement solutions
    • Professional written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience within engineering, construction, energy and trades are highly regarded.
