Occupational Therapist - Darwin

Randstad Health, Care and Support are currently looking for a vibrant Occupational Therapist to join one of our clients in Darwin on a permanent basis. Our client delivers flexible support tailored to their patient’s individual needs and preferences. The organisation is looking for an Occupational Therapist with community disability experience who is looking to make a difference in the sector. Be prepared to change lives!

THE ROLE:

  • Work as part of an effective, multidisciplinary team
  • Facilitate the ongoing development of high quality, evidence-base, cost-efficient and comprehensive services
  • Delivering holistic and integrated client care and management within the community
  • Give families access and educate them as to the services available for their children
  • Provide clinical assessments and interventions in all settings (home, office, school, group, etc)
  • Deliver a range of programs and services that meet multiple stakeholder needs

ABOUT YOU:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy and experience working with children
  • FULL General Registration with AHPRA
  • Facilitates meaningful outcomes for people with disabilities and their families
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Public liability and professional indemnity insurance
  • A current Australian driver’s licence and willingness to obtain a police check
