Randstad Healthcare is currently seeking Occupational Therapist’s who are passionate and driven to making a difference in people’s lives and helping them with getting back into the community.

Your role:

Working with individuals of all ages providing support on mental health; employment, disability, homelessness and training needs where you will promote and enable effective participation in the occupations of everyday life.

Your responsibilities:

  • Conduct physical and psychological assessments of clients and developing or following a treatment plan.
  • Evaluating patient condition regarding physical and basic mental health.
  • Maintaining professional knowledge and technical progress in order to provide clients with the best treatment program available.
  • Educating and including your client’s support network to learn the skills they need to assist you on a day to day basis

As a qualified applicant you will have:

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Demonstrated occupational therapy clinical experience relevant to the community health sector
  • Ability to assess patient condition and work with treatment plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to take care of clients from diverse backgrounds.
