NFP Business Support Officer

Multiple temporary opportunities to work as a Business Support Officer for NFP organisations in Perth.

This role will see the successful candidate to support the management team in crucial areas of the organisation.



You will be responsible for:

  • Answering internal and external queries to the team via phone and email.
  • Diary management
  • Organisation of meetings
  • Travel arrangements
  • Processing invoices
  • File management
  • Expense management
  • Accounts payable & receivable
  • Some reception.

To be successful, you will have significant experience in a similar position in the NFP industry. You will have a strong ability to take initiative, think on your feet and react quickly to changing priorities. You will be available to work full-time hours with some occasional overtime where required.
