Seeking two new Client Engagement Managers - SE Melbourne and NW Melbourne

ABOUT THE ORGANISATION

Your new workplace prides itself on being an expert provider of home care and accommodation services. It is an NDIS-registered organisation providing award-winning Community Services specialising in attendant care supports to the Disability and Youth Welfare sectors.

ABOUT THE ROLE

South-East & North-West Melbourne are areas they are growing rapidly, and there is increased demand for hospital discharges to be quick and efficient. Ensuring clients, current or potential have a positive experience is vital to this position and you will be the face of the organisation in this key role.

Therefore my client is looking for 2 Client Engagement Mangers to assist and develop this growth. Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and networking with teams and other stakeholders within hospitals
  • Strong relationship building with clients and internally in the organisation to provide an ongoing fantastic client experience throughout their entire journey
  • Ensuring clients discharge journey is managed effectively, from hospital to living in the community
  • Creating business development opportunities through relationships and various different activities

ABOUT YOU

Must have:

  • Tertiary qualifications including Nursing, Social Work or Allied HealthIdeally clinical qualifictaions, as Nurse or Allied Health professional with
  • Business Acumen and drive to grow relationships and business
  • Experience with sales and motivated to bring in new business to the organisation
  • Knowledge and experience of the disability sector, including Complex Cases (ideal)
  • Ability to build strong relationships through fantastic interpersonal and leadership skills whilst maintaining a positive and warm approach
  • Comfortable working both autonomously and part of a team
