This client, is well established and one of Australian leading companies that has revolutionised the property development and construction of residential apartments and commercial/retail precincts.

Based in Sydney, we are looking for a commercially focused Strata and Facility Manager with expertise in caretaking contracts in all new developments. This is an exciting opportunity for someone that is very dedicated and committed employee in this field to work.


Reporting directly to Senior Management Team, you will have 3 direct reports and many indirect reports. Your main role is sign up caretaker contracts on all new developments. Also managing and overseeing the current caretaker contracts ensuring that service level agreements are adhered to and executed.

Working closing with CEO and senior management team you will be involved in business improvement practise and long term business strategy. Attending and leading the business with your expertise, you will be ensuring that best practise is met and budgets are met to achieve better returns to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Developing Business Plans, budgets and delivering, driving ownership of these to staff and caretakers through strong leadership skills
  • Property Management – All Assets within this portfolio in mainly Sydney, Brisbane and Gold Coast
  • Oversee 3 Regional Managers that manage a number of caretakers
  • Ensuring all contracts are legit and Service Level Agreements are adhered to
  • All properties and strata management of Properties follow high standard of service within budgets allocated
  • Negotiating contracts and drafting BMS and other shared facility arrangements
  • Writing reports and attending AGM/EGM
  • Procurement of new caretaker agreements
  • Be part of many projects with new developments
