    Your new role

    As a National Sales Manager your role involves generating revenue for the business through strategy and management of the Account Manager team. This organisation is renowned for their quality products, customer service and expertise in the business and thus the role would involve ensuring continued market share within the industry through the utilisation of your sales expertise and team management.

    Key Duties:

    Reporting directly into the Managing Director, you will be responsible for

    • Developing and executing the annual sales plan for the team to meet business objectives
    • Managing a team of four experienced account managers ensuring KPIs are met.
    • Strategize and plan to take the sales to team to the next level of success
    • Organising and executing events for learning and development
    • Reporting on both the individuals and teams performance
    • Managing key accounts across Australia
    • Winning new business for the company

    Your skills and experience

    • Bachelor Degree
    • 2+ years previous management experience is essential
    • Experience within orthodontic or dental sales is highly desirable
    • Excellent communication and organisational skills
    • Strategic with strong business acumen
    • Strong business development skills including key account management experience
    • The ability to travel across NSW, ACT and NZ
    • Must be eligible to work in Australia (permanent resident or citizen only)
