About the role:

Due to business growth and investment in new technology, this renowned med tech company is currently seeking a strong leader that can coach and mentor 6 Therapy Development Specialists on a national level. Reporting into the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Coaching, monitoring and developing your team to increase their business acumen and commercial sales skills
  • Defining areas of opportunity along the heart team referral pathway to maximise patient access to clinical trials
  • Developing relationships with key HCPs across both private and public hospitals
  • Providing technical expertise on devices, procedures, screening, clinical data and imaging to your team as required
  • Collaborating with the field and marketing teams on investments and potential opportunities within Therapy Development

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years managerial experience within the pharma or med device industry
  • Experience working with a range of HCPs, KOLs and stakeholders
  • Proven successful project management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, organisational, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Entrepreneurial, strong attention to detail with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
