Market Leader

Melbourne Head Office



Right now, a market leader with a renowned product offering within the homeware industry are seeking an outstanding national field sales manager to join their high performing team, this role would be based in their Melbourne office.

Role of National Sales Manager

  • You will be responsible for managing/ coaching and developing a team of national sales reps
  • You will be responsible for driving sales within homeware stores
  • You will drive range reviews and promotions
  • You will develop strategies to improve profitability
  • You will attend trade shows
  • You will engage internal and external stakeholders
  • You will be predominantly office based with monthly travel nationally
  • This role reports into the Managing Director

To be successful in this role

  • Success in this role will come from leveraging from your background in a sales manager role within retail, fashion, homewares
  • You will have strong relationship building skills
  • You will have excellent communication skills
  • You will have excellent excel skills
  • You will be a team player
  • You will be enthusiastic, results driven & have an engaging personality
  • You will have a strong work ethic and a ‘go getter’ attitude
