Accelerating our mission to create the world’s best platform for international trade.As a Website Manager you will be helping customers access the various services and products that support SMEs with their international payment needs. You will be part of the marketing team where your primary focus will be updating content on CMS using HTML, working closely with regional marketing teams, EMEA website team and developers. You will be the regional lead for new CMS implementing new designs, applications and content to optimise performance, engagement, and conversion across the website, and enhance user experience, moving to a truly mobile first platform. Responsibilities: • Responsible for the management of all APAC websites• Support the expansion plans for the region• Use the content management system to carry out website admin tasks including uploading and managing newand existing product information and assets• Scheduling and publishing content as per business requirements• Proofing, debugging, cross browser testing, to ensure pixel perfect execution of all web content• Testing of websites with regular checks to ensure, links, images and content are correct and fully functional• Own the technical SEO aspects of our site, assisting with the growth of organic traffic• Work with UK dev team to install tools/apps that improve the UX of users• Use tools that help improve our conversion rate and improve our UX and conversion rates• Trouble-shooting minor issues with content layout and styling, and carry out fixes to websites• Provide support for all website and CMS related issues• Maintain strong working relationships with all teams that brief work into the Website and Digital team• Conducting site-wide searches to update or remove specific links, references or terms when required• Undertaking simple image processing tasks and optimisation of website assets• Report on site performanceSkills and requirements: • Bachelor Degree Holder or above in Marketing, IT or related disciplines with 3+ years experiences in a similarposition• Strong technical skills including ability to edit, manage and publish to websites including a good workingknowledge of CSS3 and HTML5 and the ability to handcraft both• Able to prioritise tasks in an ever-changing environment to ensure that the websites are updated accurately,efficiently, and on time to meet a pre-agreed schedule• Great time management and prioritisation skills, with the experience of working within a team and challengingworkload• Good working knowledge of WordPress• Good knowledge of SEO, with an excellent understanding of the principles which form best practice for on-siteoptimisation• Working knowledge of the principles of CRO• Experience of using content management systems to produce content and administer a website or blog• Working knowledge of photo manipulation software• Prior experience of using website analytics and gauging the effectiveness of web content, specifically relatingto Google Analytics• A proactive problem solver, you will look for creative solutions and be able to communicate clearly at all levels• Technically proficient – able to learn new tools and platforms quickly• Experience working with global teams Benefits:Great work life balance Very welcoming staffCareer development opportunitiesAttractive salary If this sounds like the perfect role for you, or you know someone who would be interested please email firstname.lastname@example.org.At Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
