Your salary package will include $100,000 - $110,000 + Super + Company Car. Additionally you will receive a bonus.

The Company:

In their markets around the world, my client is now the brand leader in a broad range of product categories for both businesses (B2B) and end Users (Retail).

The role:

  • Developing & implementing annual sales and profit objectives in line with Group objectives as directed by GM, through annual account planning.
  • Set and execute strategy for each brand within each banner that is in line with brand plan and brand requirements and ensure sales targets are achieved.
  • Negotiating trading terms and agreements with the Coles Liquor Group.
  • Implementing agreed plans arising from Business Plans or others discussions / analysis.
  • Ensure consistent forecasts are provided to Stock Department.
  • Providing the GM with regular sales, forecasting and activity reports.
  • Participate, present and help lead the National Account meetings.
  • Maintaining professional relationships with customers, suppliers and other industry contacts.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a Key or National Account Management role within the FMCG industry
  • Intimate knowledge and understanding of chains and the retail wine landscape in Australia
  • Good people management skills
  • Ability to think strategically and understand big picture
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Hands-on-mentality
  • Strong customer focus
  • Drive for results along with business acumen
  • Exceptional organisation skills
  • Experience managing deals, pricing and trading terms
  • Ability to influence outcomes and create cohesion between stakeholders
