Calling all Hospitality workers!

Randstad is working exclusively with our valued client Concentrix on a large scale volume project to assist a large Federal Government client.

If you are looking to further your career then look no further than this role where you will work for a global organisation and gain exposure to working for a high profile Federal Government client!

There are multiple permanent positions available, with interviews being held over the next 2 weeks.

SKILLS

  • Answer inbound calls from the Australian public and handle their enquiries
  • Manage customer expectations ensuring customers get the appropriate support.
  • Work in a team environment and support continuous improvement of services provided by the client
  • Ability to investigate and confident making decisions on customer queries & requests
  • Update customers documentation and records with a high level of accuracy
