About the Role

You'll join a team dedicated to assessing motor claims and providing an end-to-end service for customers and internal stakeholders. In this role, your responsibilities would include:

• Assess the eligibility of customers' claims for a hire car vehicle
• Make claims determinations based on your previous experience
• Arrange hire car vehicles for customers
• Coordinate the repair of customer vehicles
• Provide a consultative approach and provide end-to-end claim management
• Effectively follow, gather and interpret internal policies, customer information and documentation

Working hours for this position are 8.30am-5pm Mon-Fri.

What You Will Bring

• 1-2 years experience in motor or property claims
• High level attention to detail and ability to follow processes and procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong desire to provide a positive outcome for the customer and service their needs
