About the Role:
You'll join a team dedicated to assisting customers with their motor claims. In this role, your responsibilities would include:
- Assess the eligibility of customers' claims for a hire car vehicle and make claims determinations
- Arrange hire cars for customers and assist them with arranging for their car to be repaired
- Provide a consultative approach and provide end-to-end claim management
- Collaborating effectively with other internal teams regarding complex claims or issues
- Make key decisions regarding claims to ensure a positive outcome
- Effectively follow, gather and interpret internal policies, customer information and documentation
Working hours for this position are 8.30am-5pm Mon-Fri.
What You Will Bring:
- 1-2 years experience in a claims environment, preferably in motor or property claims
- High level attention to detail and ability to follow processes and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
