The position is for an experienced Mobilisation worker to come in and provide assistance to the team within the organisation.
The responsibilities of the role include:
... - Maintaining and implementing a resourcing schedule and site rosters
- Follow process frameworks to mobilise personnel
- Book travel
- Book Medicals
- Organise/book refresher training for site personnel as required General Administration support
Required Skills:
- Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication to liaise with various stakeholders, candidates, and internal teams.
- Organisational Skills: Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks, ensuring a smooth mobilisation process.
- Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance with requirements.
- Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and problem-solving abilities to address any issues that may arise during the mobilisation process.
