Your new role:

In your new role, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Develop and manage in plans or programs related to health
  • Actively promote and engage with membership campaigns and opportunities to highlight members
  • Monitor and work with branches to achieve and report on the outcomes
  • Management and investigation of new revenue or partnership opportunities
  • Management of the member experience program
  • Rapport building
  • Management of key stakeholder engagement
  • Develop strong working relationships at all levels
  • Innovation and continuous improvement programs to enhance the service
  • Accurate documentation of all activity
  • Project management

The ideal candidate:

You will show areas of expertise in the following:

  • Rapport building
  • Well developed liaison and negotiation skills
  • Well developed entrepreneurial, analytical, critical thinking and planning skills
  • Proven ability to identify innovative solutions to multi faced issues
  • Engaging a personable approach to dealing with stakeholders

Systems experience:

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft office
  • CRM experience

* Tertiary qualifications in business, leadership, project management or research are highly desirable
