As a key member of the customer service team, your duties will be providing holistic support to all members.

Description

  • Work closely with respective team leaders and escalate when necessary
  • Achieve all set KPI’s and metrics inline with business requirements
  • Answer all incoming calls politely and professionally
  • Offer service and product information to members as requested
  • Assist with sales opportunities throughout calls and complete tasks as required
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to support process improvement
  • Ensure any guidance is in adherence to relevant rules and regulations
  • Provide exemplary customer service and problem solving assistance
  • Keep abreast of all current market and company information relating to industry funds
  • Accurate and efficient data entry onto members files
  • Taking inbound calls from members with a variety of queries regarding their fund

Profile

As an ideal applicant, you will have the following;

  • Previous experience within a similar capacity
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office Suite skills
  • Outstanding organisation skills
  • Fantastic written and oral communication
  • Professional in both presentation and manner
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • RG146 Compliance certificate (desirable)
  • Strong levels of drive and enthusiasm
  • Sound skills in problem solving / conflict resolution
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Ability to organise own work priorities to meet strict deadlines
