Seeking an experienced digital marketing manager with deep insights of Chinese travelers and local Chinese residents.

He/she is responsible for defining and owning overall customer acquisition and lead nurturing strategy for new business, existing customers and channel partners. You’ll create and implement nurture programs that address key business opportunities and drive breakthrough impact in terms of marketing qualified leads, sales working pipeline, revenue, and return on investment. You’ll need to think strategically, uncover insights from data, deliver exceptional storytelling, and constantly test and optimize in order to surpass targets. You’ll also need to be an effective collaborator and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. In short, you’ll need to be a revenue marketer with a growth-hacking mindset. Deep Marketo and Salesforce experience is also critical.

He/she needs to work closely with China headquarter team in Hangzhou to execute global campaigns, customer acquisition strategy, and to continuously drive clients business value propositions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Create and own a high-impact lead nurturing strategy for the business in order to support business targets and breakthrough growth goals.
  • Innovate, build and optimize lead nurturing programs that accelerate conversion of suspects and inquiries to qualified opportunities, sales working pipeline and revenue.
  • Leverage analytics, industry, customer and competitor insights to inform strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across teams, in a matrixed environment, to support critical priorities across products and customer sub-segments.
  • Digital Marketing: Create, execute, optimize online marketing campaigns. Create campaign with clear measurements, leverage data to continuously improve results and increase conversions.
  • Data Analysis and insight: develop business intelligence to customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Languages: Fluent in Mandarin, English.


  • Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years’ experience including marketing or product management in a consumer facing online and offline retail/services industry. BAT working experience is a plus.
  • Expertise in marketing automation / lead nurturing and B2B demand generation
  • Growth marketing / customer acquisition expertise, with competence across analytics, storytelling, A/B testing, business modeling, copywriting
  • Highly analytical and strategic, flexible and adaptive, able to manage the day to day tactical operations constantly aligned with ANZ business strategy.
  • Able to work independently and also a good team player, share the company core value and commit to meet the deadlines under time constraints.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent Excel and PPT capabilities
  • Fluent speak and writing English and Mandarin Chinese is mandatory.
  • BA/BS in Marketing or equivalent experience; MBA strongly preferred
