Reporting to the head of ecommerce, you will be in charge of building engaging conversations across and end to end experience from attracting, nurturing and converting traffic into qualified leads to after care.

We are looking for an exceptional, data-driven inbound marketer to own our inbound and email strategy at Randstad Australia and New Zealand. If you are motivated by a constantly changing, high-paced, self-led work environment, then we’d like to hear from you.

Key Duties:

Drive the development of the email/inbound marketing roadmap and execution to achieve defined business objectives:

  • Design, develop and deploy an email/inbound marketing roadmap ensuring initiatives are grounded in insights and linked to the overall business strategy to gain and drive brand, candidate and client transactions, awareness, and consideration of Randstad’s offering and point of difference.
  • Optimise marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content and social channels.
  • Building of campaign assets email, forms, landing pages, workflows and tracking.
  • Propose new and improved inbound marketing campaign ideas.
  • Creating, managing, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that leverage SEO, social media, inbound marketing, email campaigns, and events to grow customer acquisition.
  • Understand data analytics, attribution, and use actionable metrics to create effective content strategies, deliver continuous improvement and inform business stakeholders on MROI.

Build a relationship with key stakeholders regionally and globally predominantly on email/inbound marketing, leveraging best practice to optimise shared resources:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry’s best practices, strategies, and offerings around inbound marketing and provide research and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Form partnerships with agencies that provide a transparent value and ROMI
  • Work in a team of digital marketing specialists and support the marketing team to develop and deploy media strategies that amplify divisional plans, major projects and social/public relation content.

Reporting:

  • Report and analyse campaigns, with clear recommendations of performance against the key performance indicator.

Your skills and experience

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in CRM/email marketing and inbound marketing.
  • Marketing automation experience (Advanced)
  • Copywriting and content creation experience (Advanced)
  • Experience with campaign execution and operations, integrated marketing, ecommerce and demand generation. (Advanced)
  • SEO knowledge and experience (Intermediate)
  • Experience with CMS management and website user journey (Intermediate)
  • Proven ability and desire to help build a (e-mail) marketing infrastructure, including processes, methodologies and tools required to drive marketing effectiveness (Intermediate)
  • Ability to think strategically and lead projects (Intermediate)
  • Analytical skills (Intermediate), experience with Google Analytics is a must.
  • Experience with email marketing tools (hubspot, marketo or equivalent) is a must.
  • HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript
  • Degree in marketing or equivalent experience
