About the role:

As the Marketing Manager, you will lead and execute marketing campaigns in partnerships with financial institutions to acquire, nurture and retain customers in our Australian portfolio with a focus to deliver amazing customer experience.


  • Demonstrate a zest for innovative thinking, diligently owning the end-to-end customer experience, collaborating across multiple functions and driving business results for both the short and long term.
  • Utilise market insights and data to gain an understanding of consumer needs, develop segmentation and discover opportunities to drive awareness, lead gen, engagement, purchase and retention.
  • Create a lifecycle and nurture campaign roadmap to increase active use and adoption of Direct Bank Feeds to deliver on retention targets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams working closely with the financial institutions partners, sales, products, XD and wider marketing team to deliver awesome experiences for our customers.
  • Identify and implement internal and external best practices to add to our acquisition and attach “toolkit” and lead experimentation to deliver the best outcomes.
  • Partner with marketing operations team to execute marketing automation most effectively and productively for all of the marketing to existing users.


  • 3-5 years experience leading marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in financial institutions.
  • Ability to demonstrate a passion in delighting customers at every interaction.
  • Ability to obtain insights, develop a vision and pursue an actionable plan in order to see it come to life.
  • Able to influence across cross-functional teams and work collaboratively to deliver.
  • Analytical thinker who does not shy away from change, managing tests that deliver conclusive and actionable outcomes.
  • Open to continuously learn with rapid experimentation.
  • Strong & confident communicator at all levels in an organisation, internally and externally.
