job description

Manage all marketing and corporate relations initiatives for the both Construction and Client Services divisions and offer key support to the National Business Development Manager and estimating teams.

NECESSARY SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES FOR THIS ROLE:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Corporate Relations

  • Managing Nuvo Corporate Hospitality (Medallion Club tickets, Spotless CH)
  • Performing Quality Assurance (QA) checks with our key clients (2 per week), closing out action points and passing salient information on to the team
  • Managing corporate events as required (such as races, F1 etc, tables at industry events)
  • Managing client VIP database – keeping up to date
  • Arranging client gifts, Christmas hampers etc
  • Providing records of all client communications and offerings

Business Development

  • Managing Cordell and alerting the appropriate team members of projects in their market space
  • Proactively following up on any opportunities in the Nuvo market space which are not currently being priced or pursued by the team
  • Using client contact as a means to gather information on upcoming projects and funding
  • Using client contact to favorably position Nuvo for desirable upcoming projects
  • Assisting with bid writing
  • Managing salesforce database – keeping abreast of all opportunities for Construction and Client Services divisions and ensuring everything is up to date and correct

Marketing

  • Managing LinkedIn – maintaining strategic online presence
  • Managing Nuvo Website
  • Writing case studies and compiling testimonials for Construction and Client Services projects
  • Keeping all marketing collateral up to date and proactively developing new collateral as needed or requested
  • Managing sponsorships

Other Office Administration

  • Managing team meetings as required
  • Managing company leave requests
  • Managing website enquiries
  • Managing employee of the month award
