It is a broad role that will see you develop skills in sales and marketing, you’ll be reporting to the General Marketing Manager and work closely with the marketing team. The NSW marketing team consists of 6 people that will help you get up to speed with everything marketing related and you can pick up additional digital marketing skills when required.

For our client we are looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for office management and supporting the Sales & Marketing departments. Your day will involve delegating sales leads to their different showrooms, updating leads and supporting the marketing team with everything Salesforce related and you will be the go to person for setting up functions and events at the NSW head office.

This is an excellent position to start your career in marketing and the company prefers to use internal promotions to fill senior positions. Our client prefers someone with a degree in Marketing or Sales.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Sales support – Assist customers with general sales enquiries and directs to appropriate contact
  • Product information – Preparation of product information documents as required
  • Reporting – Prepares reports and general correspondence as required by sales.
  • Maintaining lead register on daily basis.
  • Mail/Brochure distribution – Distribute and post internal mail. Arrange local and interstate couriers and distribute and upkeep of all brochures specification sheet product information, manuals or relevant sales literature to Dealers/National Accounts/End Users and manage and ensure that the brochure filing system is maintained internally for all business units.
  • Functions/Events – responsible for all internal functions (including catering if required) and all initial showroom enquiries as well as organizations of all meetings, conferences, etc..
  • CRM database contact maintenance on SalesForce
  • Assist with the management and distribution of marketing images and assets to distribution channels.
  • Sound design skills and understanding on corporate brand style / guidelines
  • Ensure showroom is presentable for visiting customers
  • Ordering and controlling of all office stationary supplies and catering supplies
  • Assist all the site managers with general administrative support/filing as required
