Are you a marketing coordinator looking for a new opportunity? A client of mine in the hospitality manufacturing industry is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team.
This role is based in Greater Western Sydney and offers hybrid working.
Responsibilities:
... - Write, edit and manage content on web digital channels and other media
- Plan and develop campaign briefs for sub-contractor / agency projects
- SEO responsibilities with on and off site optimisation, linking strategies, content marketing, keyword research, copywriting
- Create content to drive traffic to the website and improve lead generation, online customer acquisition and retention.
- PPC: Creating and managing all aspects of Google Adwords account, optimizing campaigns for conversion and organic ranking, keyword research, analytics and reporting
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and initiatives
- Provision of marketing information, product database to our distribution partners in accordance to marketing initiatives and activities (digital and offline)
- Markets products by developing and implementing marketing strategies and advertising campaigns
- Coordination of events, product launches and photoshoots
- Online brand image/asset management and distribution
- Manage, gather and produce content for all social media channels
- Community management – nurture relationships to generate advocacy, referrals and future sales opportunities
- Social media listening: keeping up to date with our community / competitor and industry activities to identify trends
- Coordinate internal marketing team and sub-contractor agencies to ensure creation and execution of social content are accurate, on time and meets campaign goal / objectives
- Interpreting social and web analytics and reporting on results of ongoing campaigns and provide recommendations
- Social media ads: writing engaging copy for paid social media ads plus other consumer and trade print, digital and outdoor ad types
Experience:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related discipline
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in a marketing role
- Experience in a journalist or copywriting role
- Strong excel skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver on deadlines
- Proficiency with marketing and collaboration tools, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Passionate and invested in food, equipment, hospitality industry, social media and other digital mediums.
- Experience with SEO/SEM and Paid advertising (PPC/ Google Adwords)
- Sound knowledge across multiple social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube)
