• Hourly rate: $60.72 + superannuation

Reporting to the General Manager of Operations, you will lead, manage and coach the Production and QA teams to achieve organisational goals and KPI’s.

The role will be responsible for

• Driving production activities to achieve and exceed operational and quality targets
• Creating improved and innovative ways of achieving production targets
• Coaching, training and development of the manufacturing team – there is so much potential that just needs to be released!
• Managing cost control through effective utilisation of staff, equipment, facilities, material and capital
• Developing, managing and reporting on production and QA budgets
