YOUR NEW COMPANY;

Randstad has recently been voted Recruiter of the Year nationally and is a preferred supplier across some of Australia’s most prominent names in the Logistics, Transport, and Manufacturing Industries. Randstad is currently seeking Production workers with Machine operating experience for a rotating shift position base in Brisbane’s western suburbs paying well above award rates. This position has the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

YOUR NEW DUTIES;

  • Operate and supervise automatic, semi-automatic liquid fill machinery
  • Operate Forklift (LF)
  • Blend & batch bulk products following critical written instructions/batch sheets
  • Follow and stick to all WHS standards
  • Report all safety concerns and incidents
  • Document QA & production information and complete written reports throughout shifts
  • Pack finished pallets
  • Complete general housekeeping duties as required

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE;

  • Proven experience in a similar manufacturing environment essential(Food/beverage & Chemical experience desirable)
  • Current Drivers licence and own reliable transport(Mandatory)
  • Current High Risk forklift licence(LF)
  • Capable of lifting 25+ kg safely
  • 2+ years of experience in a production environment setting up and running computer operated machines
  • Basis written & mathematical capabilities
  • Lean &/or TPS production experience
  • Reliable can do attitude
  • Ability to work safely in a fast paced environment.
