About the positions
We have 2 ongoing Ingredient Prep Operator opportunities on Day shift and Afternoon shift, based at the Marleston site for this highly regarded company.
Candidates will be provided with appropriate training to enable them to build the skills required for the roles undertaken.
All employees have access to the canteen, on-site car parking, Arnott’s discount biscuit shop, and social club.
Essential requirements
- An understanding of team, safety, and quality operating principles
- Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to work as part of a team
- Strong performance and attendance history
- Work well under pressure in a busy environment
- Valid license and transport
- High levels of energy and enthusiasm for learning new skills
- Eligible to work in Australia
- Able to work 6am - 2pm Monday - Friday or 2pm - 10pm Monday - Friday
- Ability to lift up to 20kg on a frequent basis
Desirable requirements
- Availability for on-call shifts
- Previous experience in food manufacturing facilities
- Previous experience using SAP digital products
