Randstad is currently seeking a Manger for our Not-for-Profit client based in Townsville on a full time permanent basis.

The role:

  • You will be responsible for the delivery and reporting of the Family Relationship Centre and Regional Family Dispute Resolution Services across North Queensland
  • Management of the daily operation of the program in providing support, line management, performance management, clinical direction, management of referrals and waitlists, and allocation of cases to staff
  • Monitoring the service delivery provided by staff to ensure that it is in line with program and organisational requirements
  • Seek out and maintain knowledge of broader elements related to program functioning including relevant social and political context, regional community issues, funding options, client base and service delivery models
  • Work collaboratively within the management team to seek out and share best practice strategies and approaches to service delivery across the Townsville and Mount Isa regions

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Sciences, Psychology, or Behavioural Sciences
  • Qualifications in Conflict Management, mediation or dispute resolution or
  • A higher education award in a field or discipline that is relevant to the provision of FDR services or
  • A Vocational or Graduate Diploma in a field or discipline that is relevant to the provision
  • Legal practitioners may provide evidence of having an appropriate qualification
  • Ability to possess a Positive Notice for Child Related Employment (Blue Card) and Yellow Card Exemption
  • Current driver’s license
