Our client is looking for a talented and capable leader in Talent Acquisition to provide leadership for their next phase of their journey.

Based in Melbourne, and reporting to the Global head of Talent, this is a big role full of opportunity for innovation! Like most talent functions, challenges ahead include digitisation, future workforce design/demographics, talent pipeline challenges, highly competitive commercial landscape, brand leverage and with a “cost” and “adding value” challenge.

This role will be to

  • lead the design, execution and embedding of a high functioning and contemporary Talent Acquisition model to enable the business strategy and deliver best candidate and internal stakeholder experience.
  • Lead, inspire and develop a team of capable Talent Acquisition team, in adding value, true service model of partnership to stakeholders, high performing and creative
  • Lead Key initiatives / programs for end to end TA model – sourcing, technology, digitization
  • Support project for Employee Value Proposition and Brand development
  • Engage, support and partner with stakeholders, internal, external, HR, business leaders, suppliers, innovators
  • Focus on improving recruitment processes and practices, to do what they do better and quicker
  • Supporting reporting, metrics, dashboards, and commercial cost position
