Manager, Risk Analytics Portfolio Integrity, Home Ownership

Purpose of the Role:

This role reports into Executive Manager, Delivery and Risk Reduction within the Portfolio Integrity team, Home Ownership. The Portfolio Integrity team is responsible for leading operational risk and compliance management across the end-to-end Home Ownership business across all our brands and channels. The Risk Analytics function (within Portfolio Integrity) is responsible for uplifting risk reporting across the Home Ownership end-to-end value chain in order to support the business by driving informed decisions

Responsibilities:

  • Support the uplift of risk reporting across the end-to-end Home Ownership Value Chain by developing a suite of risk reporting covering (but not limited to) Issues, Incidents, Controls and Key Risk Indicators
  • Automate and streamline risk reporting, where possible
  • Monitor and improve the performance of data quality by designing risk dashboards that provide oversight which drive actionable insights
  • Design and maintain a robust Data Governance Framework by co-ordinating agreements with the GM of Home Ownership and Divisional Data Owners to ensure appropriate allocation of responsibility and ownership of Data. This also includes preparing and presenting a bi-annual data attestation to the General Manager of Home Ownership

Skills Needed:

  • 2 + years experience in a Credit Risk or Product Management field within financial services
  • Extensive understanding of the home loan customer process
  • Demonstrate experience working with large datasets
  • Strong excel skills with tableau experience preferred
  • Demonstrable experience working with senior stakeholders
  • Tertiary qualifications in business related discipline
  • Strong technical, analytical and implementation skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships, effectively communicate with and influence key stakeholders at senior levels
