Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of up to 14
- Oversee assessment processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Implement strategies to enhance team performance.
- Provide insight on leading-edge repair methods.
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience leading a team of assessors in the insurance industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of motor vehicle assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for leadership and fostering a positive team culture.
