Our client is looking for strong people leaders to assist in the delivery of their financial crime operations across the Australian business lines.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and coordinating the team to meet agreed SLAs whilst meeting quality standards
  • Manage individual objectives and overall contribution to the organisation, including performance review and performance management
  • Providing clear and consistent risk advice to stakeholders on historic, current and emerging risk issues.
  • Leading to ensure financial crime investigations are conducted in accordance with policies and approved standards
  • Ensuring statutory reporting obligations are being met.

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 year’s experience managing teams
  • Experience within financial crime is desirable
  • Strong facilitation, negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to clearly present and articulate risk positions, reviews and/or recommendations to lines of business and other key stakeholders
