    About the role

    Collaborate with a Sydney CBD-based government agency to design and deliver a new Claims Model, as part of a wider transformation program.

    Reporting into the Director, you will:
    • Lead the Claims Service Model to ensure business leaders are engaged
    • Ensure each project phase and the associated success criteria are clearly identified and the delivery against objectives is monitored and recognised.
    • Track and manage program risks and issues to ensure that they are promptly and effectively addressed.
    • Regularly communicate with all key stakeholders to ensure that program objectives are
    • achieved.
    • Build effective partnerships with senior management, key stakeholders, and subject matter expertise across the business
    • Lead, develop and mentor a team to work productively and collaboratively to achieve business requirements, corporate objectives and stakeholder expectations.


    About you:

    This role will suit someone with:

    Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Project Management in a government setting
    Proven ability to engage with stakeholders to achieve positive organisational outcomes.
    In depth understanding of the NSW Workers Compensation Scheme
