About the Opportunity
As a Management Accountant, you’ll play a pivotal role in the Financial Planning and Analysis team, providing financial insight and advice to support operational and capital decision-making. While your core focus will be supporting the Operations division, you’ll also collaborate with stakeholders across various business units, driving best practices and contributing to key strategic documents including the Annual Budget, Long-Term Financial Plan, and monthly reporting.
Your Impact Will Include:
Delivering insightful budget analysis and month-end reporting that supports informed decisions across the organisation
Partnering with non-financial stakeholders to simplify complex data and embed financial accountability
Enhancing budgetary and forecasting processes, shaping a culture of financial sustainability and transparency
Contributing to major systems improvements (e.g., TechnologyOne) and helping bring about positive change
Bringing fresh thinking to policies and financial strategies, with an eye for both detail and the bigger picture
About You:

To succeed in this role, you will have:
Proven experience in budget preparation, forecasting, and management reporting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and translate it into business-friendly insights
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
A proactive, professional approach with the ability to work independently when needed
A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (CA/CPA qualification preferred)
Knowledge of TechnologyOne (CI Anywhere) is advantageous
