About the role:
The Maintenance team leader will be responsible for the scheduling, coordination and allocation of reactive, scheduled and planned asset maintenance activities at Adelaide and Parafield Airports. They will also be responsible for the tasking of the Maintenance team on a day to day basis in support of maximising serviceability of AAL assets.
Key responsibilities will include:
... - Ensure all civil, electrical, air, building facilities and infrastructure are maintained to ISO55001 and function in line with regulatory requirements
- Allocate and oversee maintenance officers work inline with customer requirements
- Be available for unscheduled and emergency reactive maintenance after hours
- Be available for queries from on site management after hours
- Liaise with customers, tenants and AAL staff to coordinate and organise maintenance activities
The successful applicant will require:
- Experience in a broad range of civil, electrical, buildings, construction or building services works
- Supervisory experience and a track record in staff management and development
- Knowledge and experience of implementation of maintenance procedures
- Understanding of budgetary principles and cost control
- Ability to use MS Office suite
- Knowledge of computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, negotiate and influence people at all levels
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to show initiative, self-motivation and a desire to achieve successful outcomes
