Assist in improving equipment utilisation and increase efficiency's.
Ensure critical services and utilities (HVAC, purified water, compressed air and
steam) are maintained in an operable state.
Implementation and commissioning of selected capital projects.
Supporting quality initiatives and provides resources for change control, validation
and development of engineering standards and preventative maintenance.
Maintain spare parts inventory to service company assets and develop and
implement processes for qualifying critical parts.
Training of maintenance and cleaning staff as required Minimum 5-years of Maintenance experience (pharmaceutical or related environment
including an understanding of cGMP will be advantageous). Strong analytical and creative
problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to navigate, interrogate and problem solve PLC controlled manufacturing and process
plant.
