show moreAre you ready to be part of the Christmas rush with Australia Post? We’re looking for motivated and reliable casual workers to join our team during the busy holiday season. Please note that only Permanent residents and Citizens of Australia are able to apply for these positions.
About the Role:
- Shift Times:
- Day shift: 1:30 pm – 10:00 pm (7-day rotating roster)
- Night shift: 10:00 pm – 4:00 am (7-day rotating roster)
- Maximum shift length: 7.5 hours
- Start Date: End of October
- End Date: End of February
Key Responsibilities:
- Sorting and handling mail operations
- Ensuring efficient and accurate processing of parcels and letters
- Maintaining a high level of attention to detail and following safety protocols
Requirements:
- Ability to read and write proficiently
- Physically fit and capable of being on your feet for the duration of your shift
- Must be available for the entire contract period (end of October to end of February)
- Willing to undergo a comprehensive medical assessment, national criminal history check, and saliva test
- A valid driver’s license is a big advantage
