Within the Albury Wodonga area, our team are currently recruting Production Operators for a number of our local clients. about the role

We are working with our clients who are seeking Production Operators for roles in the Albury Wodonga area. Duties in these roles could include:

  • Manufacturing goods to the customers specifications
  • Operating roll form and general sheet metal equipment
  • Performing machine set-up and changeovers
  • Operation of Forklifts and Overhead Gantry Cranes
  • Undertake a wide range of associated tasks to support the team, including replenishment, picking, stacking and palletizing goods
  • Working shift work, including afternoons, evening, nights and weekends - either on rotation or permanent basis

skills and experience

To be considered for these roles you will need:

  • Recent work experience in an industrial setting (production, manufacturing or trade roles)
  • A minimum of two years experience as a production operator or machine operator, with experiences in fast paced production environments
  • A minimum of twelve months experience utilising material handling equipment including forklifts - experience with high reach forklifts, bulky goods (including steel) and unwrapped loads is desirable
  • Ability to undertake shift work, including afternoons, evening, nights and weekends - either on rotation or permanent basis
  • High level of physical fitness and strength
  • Excellent attendance, reliability and attention to detail
